The World Through Our Lens
Alex: I spent over a decade as a professional chef, crafting dishes with the same precision and attention to detail that I now bring to my work in architecture. After years of creating experiences that disappeared with each meal, I wanted to build something more lasting—spaces and structures that evoke the same emotions as a beautifully plated dish or a thoughtfully designed restaurant. My passion for visuals allows me to capture those moments, bridging the gap between cooking and architecture, where both evoke a sense of place, atmosphere, and attention to detail.
Millie: I’ve spent years in the world of textiles, crafting intricate, one-of-a-kind pieces for some of the most well-known names in fashion. My work was always driven by a love of texture, color, and how these elements can transform something simple into something extraordinary. Over time, that passion evolved into a deep interest in interior design, where I found the same opportunity to shape and influence spaces. Now, as I study interior design, I’m excited to bring that same creativity and attention to detail to my work at Appetite Visuals, helping to create environments that feel as thoughtfully designed as a bespoke garment.
